Marlows started with one simple job: serve proper fish and chips, done right, here in Los Hidalgos. That hasn't changed. But the kitchen has grown.
Why Marlows Kitchen?
For years, Marlows has been the place locals and visitors come to for classic fish and chips — crisp batter, proper chips, no fuss. It's the food that built our name, and it's still the heart of what we do.
But a good local kitchen should feed the whole table. Not everyone wants the same thing every visit — so we've been adding the comfort food people kept asking for: burgers, chicken, loaded fries, desserts and easy casual food you can eat in or take home.
That's why we're now Marlows Kitchen. Same team, same standards, same spot in CC Los Hidalgos — just a bigger menu and more reasons to drop by.
